Direct, indirect object pronounce and reflexive

"Te ves muy bien"
How can I tell if sentence structure such as this is using direct or indirect object pronounce or it's reflexive?

Both the verb ending and the object pronoun are second person singular in form. Therefore, you have a reflexive pronoun up front. (And you have a pronominal verb.)

The infinitive is verse. The English meaning is 'you look great'. Here you're dealing with an expression that happens to use a pronominal verb, with no other complements.

Learn the expression as 'verse bien', which can then be conjugated as needed.
