Tienes Tan Buena Mano

People,

As I was walking by the TV I heard a piece of conversation, and the lady said to the man "Tienes tan buena mano". Well, I didn't think much of it at the time, but I became a bit curious later on. Would this mean something like "Tengo mano izqueirda para estas cosas"?

The man had had a baby in his arms which he had put down.

Could somebody give a couple of example sentences?

Tener buena mano means to be dexterous in some activity, or to be ... -the English term is not coming to my mind at this moment- "practically wise" with something, like calming a crying baby and placing it to peacefully sleep in a cradle.

For instance, you may say "tener buena mano para las plantas", but there are fixed expressions for that, both in Spanish and English: in my country is "tener mano verde" and I understand is widely used in English "to have green fingers".

"Tienes tan buena mano" can also be used ironically, for instance, if the man had the crying baby in his arms but the baby got increasingly irritated.
