We don't compliment the outfit but the person:

Te ves fabuloso (en ese atuendo)
Te ves espectacular (en ese atuendo)

Ese atuendo te hace ver estupendo.

No matter the person's gender, as fabuloso, espectacular and estupendo are meant to be adverbs

Think it like "that outfit makes you look ...".

Atuendo, vestimenta (apparel), ropa = outfit
Look = total look (outfit, hairdo, make-up -if used- plus accessories)

I have used the verb lucir used often instead of ver. If I'm not mistaken, estar can be used too. Can you use aparentar?

Lucir is fine, but it seems too formal to me. And formal suggests fake. But I suppose it depends on the country.

Estás muy bien vestida/o así would be the "lowest energy level" possible. It uses (or abuses) the transitory nature of estar, together with vestimenta, to convey the notion it's talking about looks.

And, though we're talking about aspecto or apariencia, the verb aparentar suggests to be faking it (aparentar tranquilidad cuando se está preocupado; aparentar que se presta atención cuando en realidad se está pensando en otra cosa)

Solo simplemente quería decir "You look amazing" y aquí estamos con un montón de maneras para decir algo simple.

El sitio web "SpanishD!ctionary.com" usa las tres traductores de máquinas, Microsoft, SDL and PROMT en sus "Writing Coach". A menudo, se producen resultados diferentes.

A mí, PROMT pareces que da la mejor traslación, la mayaria de las veces.

At least, it caught out your adverb duplication. You used sólo, that means solamente, and principalmente, that means solamente too.

Sólo quería decir = Simplemente quería decir = I just wanted to say

But I expected you to ask about the differences in using

Te veo (for me -subjectively-) estupendo [too direct]
Te ves (for everybody -objectively-, specially me) estupendo
Se te ve (for everybody - objectively -, including me as one of them) estupendo [opinions don't work that way; some people use hyperbole, not everybody]
Se te ve muy bien [better, as it just means most opinions are favourable]

A piece of IA cannot add to any translation what the original language doesn't provide. So it looks like there are many translations but that's not the case.
