Bienvenidos

Bienvenidos

Does the ending of the word "bienvenidos" change in regard to WHO I'm welcoming? For example, I welcome a mixed group of guests and I say "bienvenidos". I welcome a female guest and say "bienvenida". I welcome a group of girlfriends and say "bienvenidas". I welcome a male guest and say "bienvenido". Are these correct?
