The daily word is a noun. It may be worthy to note that its English counterpart also happens to be a verb, but other than that, please try to keep all discussions limited to comments about the noun. Thanks!

Yes, the word laugh is more appropriate use as Risa, but the word smile is also used for me as Sonreir.
