In what position does one use antiguo?
I know most adjectives are placed following the word it modifies, but in antiguo's case, I heard it goes before some words when it is meaning "ancient" and after when it is meaning "old". Can I get a confirmation on this?
Also, would you say the title...Que posiciono se usa "antigua"? (Couldn't get the accents) and are there any other examples of words that follow this? Gracias! |
There is a pull-down menu marked 'Accents' just above the text input box. You can select your special characters from there.
This link will help answer your question. ¿En qué posición se coloca/se ubica/se escribe/se dice el adjetivo 'antiguo'? |
Thanks a lot, Rusty. That link helped a lot!

French has exactly the same construction: un professor ancien = an old teacher un ancien professor = a former teacher |
