Commands & reflexive or object pronouns

I know you must attach the pronouns to the conjugated verb for affirmative usted commands and put the pronouns in front of the conjugated verb for negative usted commands. What are the rules for the tu affirmative and negative commands?

The rules are the same for both.

Affirmative command (usted):
diga
dígame
dígamelo

Affirmative command (tú):
di
dime
dímelo

Negative command (usted):
no diga
no me diga
no me lo diga

Affirmative command (tú):
no digas
no me digas
no me lo digas

Affirmative command (usted):
duérmase

Affirmative command (tú):
duérmete

Negative command (usted):
no se duerma

Affirmative command (tú):
no te duermas
