Dar mono

My strong guess it that it means dar ánimo, but I have been wrong before. Anyway, is it a commonly used idiom?

I need the whole text.
Usually "tener el mono" it's to to have withdrawal symptoms / "cold turkey", so "dar el mono" means to have a withdrawal attack.
Saludos :D

En chile andar con la mona is to have a hang over.

To hide something, wrap it in [hide][/hide] tags.
You can do that manually or, if you're replying in the 'Reply to Thread' box instead of the 'Quick Reply' box, you can just highlight the text you want to hide and click the icon above the Smilies that has a hand covering its eyes.
