Did I correctly use the subjunctive mood?

Mi amiga y yo traeremos los paraguas a viaje en caso que haga llueve, y los suéteres en caso que haga frío. Ojalá que siempre haga sol y buen temprano durante las semanas visitaremos a Barcelona.

... because I feel that it's more correct this way, but I want it in subjunctive mood...

Mi amiga y yo traeremos los paraguas a viaje por si llueve, y los suéteres por si frío. Ojalá que siempre hace sol y buen temprano durante las semanas visitaremos a Barcelona.

English:

The first two can use subjunctive or "por si". After "ojalá", you must use the subjunctive.

en caso de que llueva <- subjunctive
por si llueve <- indicative

en caso de que haga frío <- subjunctive
por si hace frío <- indicative

ojalá que haga sol y buen tiempo <- subjunctive

Mi amiga y yo traeremos los paraguas al viaje en caso que(por si Llueve) Llueva, y los suéteres en caso que (1.-haga)(2.-por si hay)(3.-hayá) frío. Ojalá que siempre haga sol y una buena mañana durante las semanas visitaremos a Barcelona.*_*

Ojalá que haga sol y buen temprano durante las semanas visitaremos a Barcelona. -- Would this be fine since I think adding "siempre" is kind of redundant?

I think both are ok, but I founf more sense with: una buena mañana!*_*

Lo entiendo así:

En caso de que + subjuntivo.
Ojalá (que) + subjuntivo.
Por si + indicativo o subjuntivo, pero en este caso el subjuntivo no va en presente.

Entonces puedes decir:
traeremos los paraguas por si llueve, o
traeremos los paraguas por si lloviera.

En el último caso te parece menos probable que vaya a llover.

But they are right is por si llueve or it can use in case of that rain.

temprano = early
Templado is the adjective you probably meant.

... always sunny and warm
= ... que siempre haga sol y calor
= ... que siempre haga sol y sea templado

I think he meant "tiempo" as in "weather".

My suggestions were based on the English sentence she provided.
