I am listening to a sermon in Spanish. Can someone explain the meaning of the text in blue?

Emplean el titulo “maestro” como que ellos actualmente quieren
aprender algo de Cristo. Pero esto no es sincero.
Es un engaño.
Este pueblo de labios me honra;
Mas su corazón está lejos de mi.
Pidan una señal después de que muchas señales han sido dadas.

Using a dictionary I translate as -

This village of lips honors me;
More its heart is far from me.

I have no idea what he is saying!

These people honor me with their lips;
But their hearts are far from me.
Matt. 15:8
