Saludos! Yo soy nuevo a la lingua Espanol. Ahora, hablo solo español del bebé.

I have recently started traveling to Latin America. I have been to Guatemala and I will be going to Costa Rica next week. I am trying to improve my Spanish skills beyond tourist phrases and baby talk and am very pleased to find this forum. I will try to use simple standard English, but please forgive me if I use slang or idioms unfamiliar to non-native English speakers. I will gladly explain if asked. I will also be happy to answer any questions regarding English, North American slang, and idioms.
