It is uncertain who the subject is in the second sentence, but if you meant I wouldn't want to disappoint you / fail you / let you down, the second sentence is correct.
The subject of the first sentence appears to be tú, so your verb should agree (querrías). That sentence means you wouldn't want to disappoint/disillusion.

Both sentences are correct, but does either convey what you were trying to say?

There is also a reflexive form of decepcionar. Decepcionarse means to be disappointed/discouraged.
Me decepciono = I'm discouraged
Te decepcionas = You're disappointed
No te decepciones = Don't be discouraged
etc.

thats exactly what i wanted to say (i wouldnt want to disappoint you) but ok i see my mistake the correct 1 is the 2nd 1

also this appears to say "she gave me alot of sadness/trouble to see her disappointed" am i right w/ what it is saying? it is from a Cuban girl

My translation of the sentence is above. The sentence should read:
Me dio mucha pena verla decepcionada.

The subject I chose (it) seems like the best choice.
There should be no preposition, which got tacked onto the verb ver, following pena.
Since it is clear that the object of ver is female, decepcionada agrees with the direct object pronoun la.

The example sentence could also be: Me dio mucha pena haberla decepcionado.
I was very sorry to have disappointed her.

The second one is the most correct.


If you can say the first one in a way more correct then you will need to add other words in the sentence for example.

No hubiese querrido decepcionar.
