¿Como se diría estas frases in español?

A: I think we´re going back in time.
B: But how far back do you think we´re going?

It depends on what you're talking about. For example, I'd use volver or regresar if you're talking about a time machine. If you're saying something goes back in time, as in history-- "it goes back to the middle ages"-- you can use remontar, or a locution such as "es muy antiguo". If you're using "go back in time" in a sort of sarcastic manner, intimating that something is getting worse, you could use retroceder.

I'd propose:

A: Creo que estamos retrocediendo/regresando en el tiempo.
B: Pero qué tan atrás crees que estamos yendo?

A: Creo que estamos regresando en el tiempo.
B: Pero ¿cuánto tiempo atrás crees que estamos volviendo?

La expresión de Angelica "qué tan atrás" se usa en América pero no lo oigo en España. Quizás alguien lo puede confirmar.

How far have you gone? - ¿Cuanto de lejos has ido?
I´m not sure how far he´s willing to go. - No estoy seguro cuanto de lejano :?:esta dispuesta a ir.
It doesn´t matter how far he goes. - No importa cuanto de lejos que vaya.

How far in English also has different connotations.
It can literally mean "up to what distance": How far is he willing to go on his trip?
¿Cuán de lejos está dispuesto a viajar? Though more commonly: ¿Qué distancia está dispuesto a viajar?
It can also mean "to what degree/point": How far is he willing to fight for his ideas?
¿Hasta qué punto está dispuesto a luchar por sus ideas?

"how far" = que tan lejos/Cuan lejos

How far are you willing to go? = que tan lejos estas dispuesto a ir?

How far back are you willing to go? = Hasta donde estas dispuest@ a retroceder?
