Sounds good

How do you say "that sounds good" as in that sounds like a good idea or a good place to go? Can you say se escucha bien?

I would say suena bien.
Se escucha bien sounds Peruvian.

Another option, though not a literal translation, is me parece bien.

Se escucha bien could be used, for example, if you made an audio recording and you want to say it sounds good literally.

Me parece bien y suena bien son sinónimos, aunque "suena bien" daría más énfasis a la frase:

- ¿Vienes a cenar esta nocche?
- Me parece bien

- ¿Te gustaría venir a cenar esta noche? Vendrán todos tus amigos, después iremos a bailar y nos lo pasaremos muy bien.
- Mmmm, ¡suena bien! :)
