Tener culo de mal asiento
 
Hola, " tener culo de mal asiento" aunque coloquial, se usa bastante, quiere decir que alguien, no asienta la cabeza, o que no puede estar quieto en un sitio. Sabe alguien la traduccion para ambos significados?

sounds like a person "who can't sit still".

One meanign would be that one, the other one is someone who never settles down .

"To not be able to stand still"

Yes, it's a bit coarse, but very common in Spain. :D

Las almorranas (o las hemorroides) se dice hemorrhoids en inglés. We also say 'piles'.

This medical condition is painful (itchy, at least), and can certainly be a good reason to squirm in your seat.
