Welcome to the forums!

It looks like English isn't your mother tongue, and I suppose you want to know how to say "It's raining" and "It has stopped raining" in Spanish. However, I could have misunderstood. Could you please clarify?

It's raining
Llueve. -or-
Está lloviendo.

It has stopped raining.
Ha dejado de llover.

Also is valid to say Paro de llover.

Stop to rain.

Paro de llover this way is correct too.
