What was the correction in it?

Malila corrected the word she highlighted in red. I then corrected the original post (check out the 'last edited by' information).

Y como estaba escrito.

It was misspelled as saber.

El hígado no sabe gran cosa, pero se entera de todo (it's a joke :D ;) )

El hígado no sabe gran cosa porque no tiene cerebro, pero se entera de todo porque es un filtro del organismo. Por eso no sabe nada, pero se entera de todo. ;) Pásate un poco con tu cuerpo y tu hígado se enterará :D
