Pienso que esa frase significa, "trust in yourself and don't run"

Don't be scared
Believe in yourself
Have strength
Be brave

Any ideas?

Something like fly like a rocket

When you see trouble, run in the opposite direction.

I haven't been able to come up with an equivalent saying in English - one that says to do exactly the opposite. We may jokingly say something that starts with "be calm/be brave/trust in yourself/trust in your skills/training/etc." and then follow that with "and run like ****."

We have direct sayings, like
Bend over and kiss yourself goodbye. (and variants)
