El que venga detrás que arree
 
significa que el que venga detrás , despues, el que ocupe mi lugar, o mi puesto de trabajo, se las apañe con lo que le dejo sin hacer, bien porque no he terminado mi trabajo o porque lo he echo mal. IN ENGLISH PLEASE?

well, the saying goes like this :
I live it like that, el que venga detrás que arree, meaning it´s the next to come problem.

I think it means, "let the next guy clean it up."

Or, "It's the next guy's problem."
