The title says they're talking about a forum, not a thread. It's the Tomisimo Announcements forum, the top-most forum displayed when all forums are viewed.

It looks as if David has inadvertently set the forum to be private. I'm sure it's an easy fix.

Oops, I must have messed something up when I was configuring the Vocabulary by Topic forum. Sorry about that. It should be fixed now. :)
