What does it mean? Don't you mean alegrar el cuerpo?

Jooooo, no sé como explicarlo sin herir sensibilidades. Si alguien quiere que le arreglen el cuerpo, quiere decir que le peguen una buena f******. Ya sé que es un poco verde, pero también forma parte del lenguaje.

sí más o menos, pero no hay algún idiom como Fix my body or something like that, I guess not.
