No andarse con rodeos

Does this mean to be very direct, with no ifs ands or buts?

It's the opposite: that's "andarse sin rodeos".
You can suppose then what's "andarse con rodeos"
Saludos :D

Ok now I see. The idioms section of Tomísimo explains it. It means no beating about the bush.

"Andarse con rodeos" means not to go to the point. "No andarse con rodeos"/"andarse sin rodeos" is to be very direct and say what you mean immediately.

It means no beating about the bush.
