Post Gazette coming in tomorrow...
One of my teachers last year, a Social Studies teacher to be exact, was employed in the army for one year. I really miss him, but now tomorrow he is coming back!!! Also, the Post Gazette..uh reporters are coming in and just a few minutes ago my principal called my mom and asked for her permission for me to be part of the...reporting thing with my teacher.
I'm not sure what they would be asking me and my teacher's other favorite students, but I am really nervous. I mean, the Post Gazette! The newspaper I read everyday! My brother got his few minutes of glory when I saw him in the newspaper, and now it's my turn. But I am nervous. So please, give some advice. :D  I am scared. |
Being in the local paper gets boring pretty quickly. But your mother will save the clips forever.

Just relax, have fun, and be yourself! Don't make it a high-pressure situation. It's not life or death. It's just a chance to do something fun, and an oppertunity that many people don't get.

It wasn't as bad as I thought. In fact, I wasn't that nervous. I was happy to see him. There were two other girls with me. They were in Student Council, but not me. We got our pics taken. the camera was cool. He is not really coming back until January. We saw the pics he showed us. I'm glad we're sending him things, like movies, books, talking fly swatters  It helps him and his soldiers a lot. And it's very hot there. like 120 degrees |
