Okay, this is what I did.

First, I put together several booklets, that was pretty easy. Then I cut out some checks (copies) and matched them with the correct name.

Then I did filing. I just ordered the papers in alphabetical order

It looks easy :) . You can keep on doing it ;)

I do it once every week :)
