Least said, soonest mended
I think this one is easy. I'd say in Spanish: menos hablar y más trabajar. But here my problem is that "least". Is it grammatically correct?
Thanks :) |

The less you say in anger, the more quickly the damage can be repaired. This is nothing like your menos hablar y más trabajar :) Least (superlative) - soonest (superlative). grammatically correct. |
Thanks, Perikles, I was confused. I translated as "menos dicho, más arreglado" and I was thinking in somebody repairing something (as a car, for instance). You're right, that suits perfect.
Thanks again :) |
It´s like saying en boca cerrada no entran moscas. Or quien mucho habla, mucho yerra.
