No hay más ciego que el que no quiere ver

Is there a saying for this one in English?

There's none so blind as he who will not see.

(note: will in this case is in the sense of want, it is not a future tense. This expression is used because it is much nicer than he who does not want to see).

Es igual. There's no-one blinder than the person who doesn't want to see.
