Si bien

Can somebody please translate this? I can't quite understand the si bien. (News item on merger of BA and Iberia). Thanks. :)

They will have (or be) two quite modern bases (T-4 from Barajas and its architectural "cousin", T-5 from Heathrow), though just (only?) Madrid will allow a great growth until there isn't added a third landing strip in London airport.

Well, more or less :thinking: :)

"mientras no X" -> "until X".

Ah ha. So si bien mientras no = although until :rolleyes:

Many thanks everyone :)
