I am wondering if there is a phrase similar to this in Spanish?

Pitter Patter, Get at 'er - the 'er stands for 'her' which is actually 'it' in the phrase.

It means to hurry up and get it done.

Pitter patter is like the pitter patter of running feet - like you are quickly going to do something.
get at 'er - like saying get at it, or hop to it, or even to get back to something.

For example, you are getting ready to leave. Husband is ready, wife is not. Wife still has to do her hair. Husband says "Pitter Patter, Get at 'Er" meaning "hurry up and get your hair done" so the Get at 'Er could take on multiple meanings.

I don't think there's any direct translation to Spanish. I would use:

Apúrate
Apúrale
Apresúrate
