Comer de la palma de tu mano

significa tener a alguien loco por tí. English?

You've got them eating out of the palm of you hand.

How interesting, sometimes I think that Spanish and English have a lot in common. Thanks POLI.

A huge number of these expressions are probably loan translations, i.e. one language has borrowed a metaphor from the other. It is sometimes difficult to know which way round, but it does not necessarily mean that the languages have a lot in common just because they steal each other's ideas. :)

¿Hay una expresión parecida para decir '(living) hand to mouth'? :)

Yes, living from hand to mouth is an expression that means just making enough money to survive and not a penny more.
