Construction of a sentence
I understand the following sentence, but I think its construction is a bit strange. Is it to give emphasis?
All good looks are a snare. I'd say: all the things that look good are a snare. Maybe I'm wrong  Thanks :) |

It is similar to the saying 'Beauty is skin deep' :) Edit: Looks in this case is a plural noun, not a verb. |
I thought it was "good-looking"
Well, I'm really tired now  |

I hope you can understand my example. |

Good looks: sust. He is good-looking :good: He has good looks :bad: His good looks make him stand out in a crowd :good: He is so good-looking that he stands out in a crowd :good: |
OK. Thanks.
