y tiene cara de ganar con estas patas.

But I tried to translate the phrase.

Me tiene loca. he/she drives me crazy (Me is femenine here)

Mire, mire las patas Look, look at the legs ("patas" is animal's leg)
y tiene cara de ganar con estas patas.
and it has the face to win with those legs. (something like "those legs give it a champion's face")
