I thought it was kind of interesting that in his moves to make Venezuela a socialist nation, Hugo Chávez has changed the country's name to The Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, redisigned the flag and coat of arms, and decided to change the timezone. Next month the country will turn its clocks back by a half hour. Via Y!

If he's going to really try to change to a socialist nation, he'd have to turn the clocks back a lot more than half an hour

I don't know, it looks like he can do pretty much whatever he wants to.
