some unfinished business

Thanks it seems quite logical, don´t you have an expression with thorn in my heart?

poli March 02, 2010 05:51 PM

We have an expression: a thorn in my side, but it doesn't mean unfinished business. It means a nagging problem or a nagging person. I have heard a Latina use the term postema for a person who is a thorn
in their side.
¿Se usa el termino postema en España?

I don't believe we have a figurative term for unfinished business.

The term is Spain is not used in that sense, it is translated like abscess. For a person I would say He is un peñazo.
