Yup! :) I agree with Perikles. I add a couple more options with examples as you can find them in Oxford Superlex bilingual dictionary:
ni fu ni fa is very familiar register. ¿Qué te pareció la película? — ni fu ni fa what did you think of the movie? — OK, I suppose o so-so; ¿es grande o pequeño? — ni fu ni fa is it big or small? — average o medium-sized; uno es simpático, otro antipático y el otro ni fu ni fa one of them’s nice, one’s horrible and the third’s neither one thing nor the other.
Moliner gives, Ni fu ni fa (informal). Ni bien ni mal. Ni una cosa ni la opuesta: ‘¿Os hizo buen tiempo en la excursión? —Ni fu ni fa’. Ni fa ni fu. Indefinido, indiferente. [literally, "neither good or bad. Not one thing nor its opposite. Vague, indefinite; indifferent.]
