it is confusing when the adjective must follow or precede the noun

is there any rule, or list of adjectives that have standard position, any kind of help?

Do you mean like bueno/buena/buen or mal/malo/mal?

If so, then bueno is after the noun, and buen/buena are before the noun.

Soy un profesor bueno. Soy un buen profesor.

Ella es una persona buena. Ella es una buena persona.

It's confusing at first to understand. I always think of the phrase "¡Que tenga un buen día!" meaning have a good day to remember the proper order.

yes, but I think there are more than bueno/mal, etc, for example "único" (it goes before the noun, not after the noun as most adjectives)

so is there a list of adjectives that their syntax doesn't follow the general rule "adjective after noun" ?

Take note: some adjectives take on a different meaning when they precede the noun as opposed to when they follow the noun.
