I have listened the word for the use of a silly person.

It's my own point.
I'm not certainly sure if the word could be use fairly for name someone silly.

Thank you, CrOtALiTo. While I must admit that a silly person will create and/or do second-rate 'products', or 'trashy stuff', I've never seen 'de pacotilla' used as you indicate, 'persona de pacotilla' as 'silly person'? No, :thumbsdown: .

I would rather go with something like "rockero de pacotilla" "rocker wannabe" (ie., somebody "who wants to be" a rocker, but his quality if 'shoddy', and/or second-rate).

Does that make sense?
