Declara EL PROPONENTE que siendo cierto todo lo que anteriormente expuesto acepta, obligándose a su cumplimiento, y para constancias se afirma el presente Contrato en la Ciudad de Tegucigalpa, Municipio del Distrito Central, veintinueve de noviembre del dos mil.
