Ahora confundo :(. ¿En cuál camino uso?
Sé hay muchos faltas en mi post. Corrígelos, por favor :D. |

I haven't ever heard or learned the 'guidelines' you've been taught. There are good answers to your question here, here, or here. |
Yeah, it was a streach for me to try to convey what I meant in my rudimentary Spanish. Basically, my teacher said that you use Qué when you know that the response is going to be a certain type of answer. Like when asking 'What day is it?', you know the response is going to be one of the 7 days of the weeks. Cuál, she said, is used for the opposite, as in asking for a phone number, the answer can be any number. Does it really matyer? I completely forgot to search for previous threads on this , so I will take a look at those. Thanks for the corrections! Most of those things I have already been taught, i just forfet to use.

There are a lot of threads that differentiate the two, but I found some websites that give the same answers. Have a look at them and see if they answer your questions.

Those websites cleared everything up! Thanks once again!
