So I could say too, "el peor resultado futuro posible" "la peor consecuencia posible" or just "la peor consecuencia" "la peor situación".

What would be the best option?

And actually, what would be the worst-case scenario?

(I guess a bad scenario would be to try to translate it into Spanish and end up with an idiom in Urdu... but actually, I guess it could be even wors[er] :rolleyes: than that...)
