Deben haber muchas. Yo diría todas. Pero, lo que hace a una escuela buena, es en gran parte, el estudiante.

Una escuela mala, yo diría es en la que te tratan mal como estudiante.

The Cervantes Institute is operated by the government of Spain. It has branches in principal cities throughout the world (including several locations in the USA). Their main address is in Madrid. I think it is
trustworthy. I am sure there are many others.
