No sé cómo expresar aquí el subjuntivo:

Cualquier cambio en una oración que no conlleve (o que no suponga) un cambio en el significado implica un cambio de estilo.

Any change (done) in a sentence "which does not entail" (?) a change in its meaning implies a change in style.

Your translation is OK. In English we are not obliged to use the subjunctive. If so doubt is expressed we often incorporate words like may or perhaps instead of using the subjunctive. There are other ways of translating this sentence that perhaps convey the meaning more clearly.
1)If I may may, I wish to present them to you:
A stylistic change in writing is when you change the words in a sentence, but don't *intend to* change the sentence's meaning.
*I added intend to to present a way in which a modern English write may
give a subjunctive doubt to the sentence without using a subjunctive tense.
If you meerly change the words of the sentence without *any apparent* change of meaning, the change you make is stylistic.
*any apparent implies doubt
