Si es medicina que tiene que dosificar, se puede usar el verbo to dose, aunque preferimos usarlo en forma de nombre. Por ejemplo, se puede decir: The doctor dosed him with antibiotics, pero es mejor decir:
The doctor gaver her a dose of aspirin. Si tiene algo de ver con comida no se usa dose sino add. (add a teaspoon of salt suena mucho mejor que dose it with a teaspoon of salt) Si es un modo de hablar se puede usar dose en sl siguiente modo: His language is heavily dosed with sarcasm. o His language is heavily peppered (or heavily laced) with sarcasm.

I don't understand exactly what you're trying to say, but here are a few words used in dictionaries when translating dosificar and related terms: ration, balance, cut down, dose, dosage (measure), be sparing with, use sparingly, choose carefully, measure out, dispense, put up in doses.
