Lightbulb Dosificado

Limited or limit came to my mind.
Any other possibilities?

The doctor gaver her a dose of aspirin.

(add a teaspoon of salt suena mucho mejor que dose it with a teaspoon of salt)

His language is heavily dosed with sarcasm. o His language is heavily peppered (or heavily laced) with sarcasm.

I don't understand exactly what you're trying to say, but here are a few words used in dictionaries when translating dosificar and related terms: ration, balance, cut down, dose, dosage (measure), be sparing with, use sparingly, choose carefully, measure out, dispense, put up in doses.

Maybe you can use one of those? Hope this helps

I think a limited number of words or grammar points would be the equivalent in this particular case.
Thank you very much indeed.
