Va a llover? and answers No, no va llover pronto. Are we missing an "a" in the answer?

I've caught several goofs in Rosetta Stone. Overall they are very good.
I guess that catching an error is a testament to the system since they have taught me enough to recognize the error. Thanks again to Luna Azul.
