Son correctas por "Lock the door"/"Don't lock the door?

Cierra la puerta con llave. or Ponle pestillo a la puerta. = Lock the door.


Dejar la puerta sin pestillo/la llave = leave the door without locking it.

break/free/clear up (negotiation block)
release (something previously jammed/blocked)
unfreeze (account)


(tú) desbloquea; no desbloquees
(vos) desbloqueá; no desbloqueés
(vosotros) desbloquead; no desbloqueéis
(usted) desbloquee; no desbloquee
(ustedes) desbloqueen; no desbloqueen

Ah, ok. My phone uses desbloquear to referr to unlocking itself.

Se desbloquea un aparato electrónico como un teléfono o una computadora, porque se entorpece su uso si no se le introduce la contraseña. Igual que cuando se desbloquea el paso al quitar un objeto que estorbaba el libre tránsito.
Here are some examples:


Hay que desbloquear la puerta de emergencia. Alguien puso una caja muy pesada y no se puede abrir.
The way of the emergency door must be cleared. Someone put there a very heavy case and it cannot be opened.

Había una manifestación en el centro y tuvimos que esperar a que los manifestantes desbloquearan la calle.
There was a demonstration downtown and we had to wait until demonstrators cleared the streets.

Señor, por favor mueva su coche para desbloquear el paso de los bomberos.
Sir, please move your car so you won't stand on the way of the firemen.

Escribí mal mi contraseña tres veces y ahora tampoco me acuerdo de la respuesta a la pregunta secreta para desbloquear mi cuenta de correo.
I wrote wrongly three times my password and now I can't remember either the answer to the secret question to unblock my e-mail account.

Para desbloquear su equipo (in this case, a computer), por favor escriba su clave personal.
To unblock your computer, please write your password.
