In a guy-talk converstation about an attractive woman (without her overhearing, of course), they may talk about her as a thing rather than as a person, and use the pronouns "that" or "it" instead of "her" when referring to her. It's rude, it's crude, and it's not uncommon. Of course, if the woman overhears it, she thinks the guys are sick jerks.
