I need your comment on the translation of the following sentence:

"Certifica: según consta del folio registral señalado al margen la Encargada..."

"My translation is:

"Attestation: It has been entered in the registry according to the power conferred on the Officer (Official)."

Can you quote the whole sentence? "La Encargada" is going to do something that seems to have been expressed on the margin of the document...

The whole sentence is the following:

"CERTIFICA: según consta del folio registral señalado al margen la ENCARGADA: Doná [The name of the lady] Delegada Provincial de Justicia.

"Legalese" is a tough dialect in every language... I still find it ambiguous, and I'm sorry that I can't be more helpful:

What could mean (to me):
1) that the lady "Encargada" certifies something, according to a document mentioned at the margin of this writing,
2) that some other authority grants her (through the second document) the title of "Delegada Provincial", or
3) that this authority testifies that, according to that document mentioned in the margin, that she is the "Delegada Provincial".

Maybe someone else will see the meaning more clearly or that these possibilities help you decide on the translation.
