-I've done it for (I think FOR is wrong, and must be deleted) too many times that I would murmur things related to it during my sleep/sleeping hours.

1. Do you think FOR is wrong and must be obliterated?
2. I know 'so...that...', and have never heard 'too...that...', do you think 'too...that...' is wrong?
3. sleep or sleeping?

You don't need 'for' with 'too'. : I've done it too many times.
Taking the entire sentence into account, I wouldn't use 'too ... that', but 'so ... that' instead.

during my sleeping hours -or- during my sleep -or- in my sleep

I've done it so many times (that) I would murmur things related to it in my sleep.
