Are any of my attempts below viable ways of saying:

If I hadn’t stopped and let the other car go by, I wouldn’t be in this predicament now


Si no hubiera parado y dejara que el otro coche/carro pasara, no estaría en este apuro ahora

Si no hubiera parado y dejado que el otro coche/carro pasara, no estaría en este apuro ahora

Si no hubiera parado y dejado pasar el otro coche, no estaría en este aprieto ahora

If none of these are correct, please supply the correct translation, using the si + conditional construct.

Excellent! Only the first one is wrong. You need the agreement of both actions (here, the past participles) with the auxiliary, because both are necessary for the "condition" to happen.
* In the last sentence, you may also say "dejado pasar al otro coche"; I'd say it like that, but I cannot find a rule for it, so it must be a matter of regional and speaker preferences.
