"Voy a cortarme el pelo" or "voy a que me corten el pelo". "Voy a pelarme" is also correct.

"Voy a por un corte de pelo" is also correct, but more colloquial.

Me da risa por que en México si dices "voy a pelarme", van a entender que vas a huir No lo había escuchado en el contexto de cortarse el pelo.
