How do I say, "I have not lost all of my teeth yet." ??

Aún/todavía no he perdido todos los dientes.
Aún/todavía no se me caen todos los dientes.



If it's something age-related I'd find it harder to translate...

"Todavía no soy tan viejo" maybe.
